INDAVER Media Library

The Media Library is the storage and administration of any digital media content, particularly of media data such as photos, graphics, videos, presentations, music and text.
Our Media Library is an internet accessible, highly structured database, to archive, standardize and distribute media content.
The use of the Media Library is subject to the following conditions and restrictions.

Please note the copyright notice for each image. It may be possible that some images can only be used with the copyright symbol. If such images are used without copyright indication the user bears copyright violation risks.

Disclaimer

Indaver makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Media Library or the information or content included in the Media Library and does not warrant that it is free of viruses or other harmful components. The use of the Media Library is at the sole risk of the user.
As far as legally permitted Indaver shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damages or disputes arising out of the use of the Media Library or the abuse of it by its users.

Liability and indemnity

Any person that has received a permission from the responsible person to download media content and/or any person that has received permission to upload material is fully responsible for always and completely observing all restrictions and to comply with these terms.
Without prejudice as to any other indemnification, any person that has received a permission to download media content and/or any person that has received permission to upload material, shall be liable for and shall indemnify and keep indemnified INDAVER and its affiliates from and against all consequences, liabilities, costs, actions, claims, demands, proceedings, charges, expenses, damages, prejudice and the like arising out of the breach of these terms or violation of any representations or warranties contained in these terms.

Disputes and governing law

These terms and the use of the Media Library shall be governed by the law of Belgium.
The courts of Antwerp are to have jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media Library.
